Hey everyone, you know yesterday I was working out at a gym when I realized something, all the adults are pushing and killing themselves to achieve rapid weight loss. But what about the children? I suddenly thought about the children because I saw a very chubby boy eating an ice cream pass by outside the gym window. We all are so concerned with our own body and weight that we forget our children’s obesity risks.
