Boot Camp for Better Dance Stamina
I’ve been thinking about doing a fitness boot camp to help build my endurance for dance to an even higher level. My friend is a New Orleans Personal Trainer and he conducts a New Orleans Fitness Boot Camp for women.
He estimates that doing a one month program can give you a 25% increase in endurance. I think it would be helpful all around. Strength, reduced body fat and better posture are also benefits of doing a program like that. I think that if I did a 5 day a week boot camp, it would have a dramatic impact on my dance performance. I just need to find one in my area.
